1. Cancellations
- You may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and before accessing any course content.
- To cancel, email aarohisklls@gmail.com with your order ID and registered details.
2. Refunds
- Eligible refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval and typically reflect within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds are not applicable once digital content has been accessed/downloaded or where explicitly marked non-refundable at checkout.
- Any convenience fees, taxes, or third-party charges may be non-refundable.
3. Payment Failures & Chargebacks
- If a transaction fails but is debited, Razorpay usually auto-reverses it within 5–7 business days.
- For chargebacks/disputes raised with your bank, share details with us at aarohisklls@gmail.com for faster resolution.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email aarohisklls@gmail.com using your registered email.
- Provide: order ID, purchase date/time, reason, and any supporting evidence.
- We will verify eligibility and respond within 3 business days.
5. Exceptions
Promotional, discounted, or limited-time offers may be final sale. Group enrollments and corporate purchases may have bespoke terms.
